Interested applicants must complete a Partners BHM Application Form for each position and include the position number. At a Glance:  This position provides daily supervision, monitoring, reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and coordination of the claims adjudication and claims payment process. This will consist of ensuring service provider claims are processed and correctly paid within the State’s Prompt Claim Payment requirements.

Education/Experience Required:  Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting, Business, Public or Hospital Administration, five (5) years of experience in medical claims processing including four (4) years of experience in business or governmental programs; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that includes five (5) years of medical claims processing.  Must have three (3) years of administrative supervisory experience.

Education/Experience Preferred:  Coding credentials such as CCS, CCS-P, CPC, and RHIT

Education/Experience Required:  Licensed Clinician or Registered Nurse (RN) and two years of clinical experience in MH/SA/IDD.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:  Current unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LPA, LMFT or LCAS licensure with the appropriate professional board of licensure in the state of North Carolina or licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the N. C. Board of Nursing.  Employee is responsible for complying with respective licensure board’s continuing education/ training requirements in order to maintain an active license.

At a Glance:  The Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Care Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive care coordination and monitoring (treatment planning case management) to individuals having a primary IDD, which may include a secondary mental health or substance abuse need.  This position requires a dynamic, proactive approach to assessment, monitoring and coordination of care, to ensure quality supports and consistent adherence to waiver requirements.
