At a Glance:  This position provides Clinical Leadership to the LME/MCO and to the community it serves and provides direct leadership to the Clinical Operations Department which includes:  I/DD Care Coordination, MH/SA Care Coordination, Customer Service, Utilization/Care Management, System of Care and the Associate Clinical Services Director.  This position also represents the LME/MCO in community and state level clinical discussions related to policy and practice decisions. 

Education/Experience Required:  Master’s Degree in a Human Service field and five (5) years of applicable experience including three (3) years of progressive supervisory experience.  Must possess valid driver’s license.

Education/Experience Preferred:  Executive level experience in a managed care environment

I/DD Care Coordinator

Brief Description of Work:  This position is responsible for providing comprehensive care coordination and monitoring (treatment planning case management) to individuals having a primary I/DD, which may include a secondary mental health or substance abuse need.  This position requires a dynamic, proactive approach to assessment, monitoring and coordination of care, to ensure quality supports and consistent adherence to waiver requirements.  This is a mobile position with work done in a variety of locations.  The I/DD care coordinator spends a considerable amount of time in the field and completes required documentation.  The I/DD care coordinator is responsible for coordination of Support Intensity Scale (SIS) evaluations as appropriate. 

Education/Experience Required:  A Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field and 2 years of post-degree I/DD experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years post-degree I/DD experience.  A valid driver’s license is required.

Network Engineer

Primary Purpose of Position:  This position provides network system configuration, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and security for the Managed Care Organization's (LME/MCO) network infrastructure which operates 24/7/365.  This position is also the highest tier in routine end-user computer support issues for the agency. 

Education/Experience Required:  Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Information Technologies, Electronics, Telecommunications or Engineering field and five years of relevant experience including experience in the design, installation and maintenance of complex multi-facility TCP/IP networks or an equivalent combination of training and experience.  A valid driver’s license is required.

Education/Experience Preferred:  Certified MCSA/MCSE/MCITP on the latest two server operating systems being used by the agency.  Certified MCITP on the latest sever operating system in use by the agency as well as MCITP: Messaging or Virtualization. VMware VCP on VMware 5 or later.   Special consideration will be given to applicants with extensive experience working with VM Ware View in a live environment, VM Ware VCenter, SANS, NAS Devices, Sonic Wall Firewalls, or Avaya switches.
