Critical Time Intervention Grant Targets Homeless and High-Risk Groups
Posted: 4/6/2015 - Gastonia, NC, April 6, 2015 -- Partners Behavioral Health Management (Partners) was recently awarded a grant by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Abuse Services to be a pilot in developing a program in Gaston County called Critical Time Intervention (CTI).
CTI is a time-limited, intensive case management model designed to prevent homelessness and other adverse outcomes in people with mental illness following discharge from hospitals, shelters, prisons and other institutions.
