Merging Oct. 1, 2026

Partners Health Management is a public local management entity/managed care organization (MCO), but we think of ourselves as a Member Care Organization™. We offer health plans for Tailored Plan members, state-funded recipients, and NC Medicaid Direct beneficiaries in 15 North Carolina counties. We focus on mental health, substance use disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. Depending on your health plan, we cover services for behavioral health, I/DD, physical health and pharmacy.
