If you are a new enrollee in Partners’ network or if you were enrolled in the past, our Access to Care Department can tell you what to expect during your care or treatment.
All new enrollees receive a welcome letter from Partners within two weeks of scheduling their first appointments with a behavioral health care provider in our Provider Network. The letter tells you where to find information and how to request copies of the information.
The Partners Consumer/Enrollee Handbook (English Version) (Español Version) is a great resource to learn all about being a consumer of the Partners network. You can find all of our publications and many other useful resources on our Resources page.
