Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidenced-based practice focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems. This is a virtual live event, you will need to participate using audio and video capabilities. If you can not access audio and video you will need to wait to take a face to face class. If you are not participating by video you will be removed from the session. This training is for two three-hour sessions on December 14 and 16. You must attend both trainings to receive credit. No partial credits will be given.
