Person Centered Planning: PCP Instructional Elements Training – This course meets the requirement for 3 hrs of training for PCP Instructional Elements. Content will include documentation requirements for both Person Centered Plans (PCP’s) and Crisis Plans. All providers are invited, especially those that write PCP’s and Crisis Plans.
