We are glad you are a member. Partners helps members get services for their specific mental health, substance use disorder, intellectual/developmental disability and traumatic brain injury need. Services such as:
- Seeing a counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist for a mental health need
- Getting help with alcohol or drug use
- Care coordination to help members get specialty behavioral health services
- Getting help for children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Supports for intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Resources for traumatic brain injuries
We want you to live happy, healthy lives. For that reason, we are committed to helping you find the resources and care to live your best life.
You may qualify for NC Medicaid Direct if you are:
- A child/youth in foster care or receive adoption assistance
- A former foster care youth
- A child/youth who gets services through Community Alternatives Program for Children (CAP/C)
- A member of a federally recognized tribe who qualifies for services through Indian Health Service (IHS)
- In the Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) program
- In the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
- An individual who is medically needy
- An adult who gets services through the Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA)
- An adult who gets Family Planning Medicaid only
- An adult who gets both Medicaid and Medicare
- A person with a mental health issue, substance use disorder, intellectual/development disability or traumatic brain injury
Your local Department of Social Services makes eligibility decisions about Medicaid. Call the Enrollment Broker if you have questions about your plan or need to change your plan to access other services. The Enrollment Broker can be reached at 1-833-870-5500; Monday-Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- MemberCONNECT is Partners secure member portal. It is fast, easy to use and available at no cost to you. If you have not created an account, please click on the following link to go MemberCONNECT and then select create login. Once you have an account, you can access a lot of information to help manage your health, including finding a provider, finding resources, taking a health screening, sending a private message to your health team, understanding your rights and responsibilities, learning about events in your community and staying connected to information and updates.
- Partners Pyx Health mobile app can help you stay connected to supports. Pyx Health has a support team of “Andys” who can talk with you, help you find resources for food, housing, personal safety and provide tips to help with anxiety or loneliness. You can register for Pyx Health by clicking here.
- Partners offers language assistance to better connect with you in your native language. When you call our Member and Recipient Services Line at 1-888-235-4673 you can be connected to someone who speaks your language.
- Partners also offers auxiliary aids, and interpretation and translation services. You can call Member and Recipient Services at 1-888-235-4673 for large print materials or other auxiliary aids, materials translated into a language other than English or interpretation services. This includes Member Handbooks in other languages, brochures, any electronic or printed materials. It also includes providing virtual or in-person interpreters for meetings or trainings.
