‘We are Providers’ - Partners NC Medicaid Direct Plan

Providers must submit claims using our secure provider portal, ProviderCONNECT.

When providers are contracted, they get a login for ProviderCONNECT and are asked to name a Local Administrator. The Local Administrator is responsible for setting up other users in their organizations.

If you are unsure about your organization’s Local Administrator, you can consult the list at providers.partnersbhm.org/identifying-a-local-administrator/.

Once the Local Administrator has set up the user, they can access ProviderCONNECT from the top navigation of the Partners website. The link is on every page. (Important note: Individual users cannot login until their organization’s Local Administrator has added them as a user.)

Once in ProviderCONNECT, providers use Quick Links to select the type of claim to submit:

Behavioral Health Claims (includes MH, SUD, I/DD and TBI)

Physical Health Claims (for all medical needs)
