ProviderCONNECT is the Partners secure provider portal. With ProviderCONNECT, you can:

• Access key information
• Submit requests for authorizations and view status
• Submit claims and view status
• View care plans and gaps in care
• Find forms, manuals and other helpful information

Providers will be given a login to ProviderCONNECT when they join the network and name a local administrator for the portal.
