Partners’ Housing Coordinators make sure people have options for clean, safe, and affordable housing. Our goal is to give everyone capable of living independently in the community the opportunity to do so. Coordinators work with community groups, boards, councils, and organizations sharing our goal for housing for people with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Transportation is the most common reason people do not get the help they need. The companies listed below offer transportation services in the Partners’ service area.

Medicaid may cover your transportation services. If you are not on Medicaid, you may have to pay a fee. Contact one of the companies listed below to find out about costs and services. Also, be sure to call at least one week in advance to arrange a ride.

PartnersACCESS Call Center

Partners is excited to announce new enhancements to our PartnersACCESS Call Center. This includes:

  • An Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) with prompts to easily reach departments and topics at the touch of a button.
  • Option selections are offered in English or Spanish.
    • A new toll-free Behavioral Health Crisis Line number 24/7/365:
  • Callers to PartnersACCESS, 1-888-235-4673 (HOPE), will hear a recorded message directing them to different options below:

    • Provider Line
    • Care Management Housing and Care Management Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and Traumatic Brain Injury and for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders
    • Provider Services
    • Partners greeting message will immediately prompt callers to select the Behavioral Health Crisis Line if needed to access the line from PartnersACCESS number.
