Behavioral Health Crisis Line

If you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or others, are in distress, have severe stress or anxiety or having any other behavioral health crisis, call the behavioral health crisis line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please contact 911.

Disasters or States of Emergency Information

Partners Tailored Plan takes steps to ensure business operations continue in the event of a disaster or disruption of normal company functions. We realize it is important if a disruption occurs that individuals are able to reach us if they need help. To ensure we can provide help, we have backup systems in place that allow Partners Tailored Plan call center staff to operate under normal business conditions.

You will still be able to reach us if you need help. Call our Member and Recipient Services Line (1-888-235-4673) or Behavioral Health Crisis Line (1-833-353-2093); TTY Relay NC 711 or (English) 1-800-735-2962; (Spanish) 1-888-825-6570. Staff will be able to assist you in getting the help you need.
