Behavioral Health Crisis Line

If you are having a non-medical crisis, call us for immediate help. Call the Behavioral Health Crisis Line if you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or others, are experiencing distress, have severe stress or anxiety or have any other behavioral health crisis.

If you are having a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

Nurse Line

To get answers to basic question or concerns about your health, symptoms or medication, call the Partners Tailored Plan Nurse Line at 1-888-369-2452. A nurse is available to speak to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CVS Caremark Pharmacy Line

866-453-7196, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CVS Caremark® operates a toll-free pharmacy call center line to respond to inquiries from pharmacies, providers, and members which offers live or automated access via an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit.

Disasters or States of Emergency Information

Partners Tailored Plan takes steps to ensure business operations continue in the event of a disaster or disruption of normal company functions. We realize it is important if a disruption occurs that individuals are able to reach us if they need help. To ensure we can provide help, we have backup systems in place that allow Partners Tailored Plan call center staff to operate under normal business conditions.

You will still be able to reach us if you need help. Call our Member and Recipient Services Line (1-888-235-4673) or Behavioral Health Crisis Line (1-833-353-2093); TTY Relay NC 711 or (English) 1-800-735-2962; (Spanish) 1-888-825-6570. Staff will be able to assist you in getting the help you need.
