Partners Tailored Plan offers services or settings that are medically appropriate, cost-effective substitutions for services covered by NC Medicaid. These are called “in lieu of” services.
In Lieu of Services are extra supports that may not be covered in the state’s approved service array. Through In Lieu of Services, Partners can change or create new services to better meet our members’ needs.
